Lori Simmer

Lori Simmer is a native Floridian and has lived in Florida most of her life. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and English. She went on to work for many law firms doing paralegal work for over a decade until she married, had children, and then developed an interest in healthcare systems and getting to the root cause of patient injuries. She returned to college to earn an Associate of Science degree in Nursing. Working for Rash Mueller since 2018 allows her to merge her two most prided degrees, and to be a part of seeking justice for victims of medical malpractice. Lori’s responsibilities include initial potential client intake, receipt, and review of medical records, issue and strategy, pretrial and trial support, and client correspondence and relationships. In her spare time, Lori enjoys traveling and spending time with her two teenage boys.
